This platform is maintained by the legal entity IOTO INTERNATIONAL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE PRODUTOS AROMÁTICOS LTDA ("IOTO"), duly registered under CNPJ n° 02.989.474/0001-33, headquartered in CAMPO MAGRO-PR, Rodovia Gumercindo Boza, Nº 20.088. IOTO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice or notification. We ask users to review these terms and conditions periodically to be up to date with any updates and modifications. Use of this platform after the posting of any modifications will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to refuse sample requests at any time, and it is not necessary to state a reason or cause.
3 - AS TO THE SENDING OF SAMPLES
3.1. The sample requests are subject to availability, and may be limited to a maximum number, quantity stipulated according to internal criteria related to the commercial policies of IOTO INTERNATIONAL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE PRODUTOS AROMÁTICOS LTDA.
3.2. IOTO INTERNATIONAL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE PRODUTOS AROMÁTICOS LTDA does not guarantee the continuous availability of samples, so it is also not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the sending/receiving schedules of the samples requested.
3.3. The requesting companies are responsible for providing accurate and updated information regarding the delivery address, quantity, and purpose for which the samples requested are destined. IOTO INTERNATIONAL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE PRODUTOS AROMÁTICOS LTDA is not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of registration, as well as for the consequences generated from this information.
3.4. The information provided by companies will be used solely for the purpose of providing free samples of products that are present in the catalog of IOTO INTERNATIONAL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE PRODUTOS AROMÁTICOS LTDA. It is the administrator of this site as the responsible agent for the safeguard of the information provided at the time of registration in accordance with the General Law of Data Protection - LGPD - No. 13.709/2018. 4.3. The USER expressly declares and guarantees:

These terms and conditions and the content of this website are governed by the laws of Brazil and the chosen venue is the District of Curitiba-PR, unless the legislation determines a specific venue.
